June 12, 2002, 3:00 A.M. PDT, homosexuals perceive unfair criticism emanating from press coverage of the Catholic sex scandal. (Here's a news item from this morning's Drudge Report.) Church calls acts 'disordered,' gays feel 'blamed' By Marco R. della Cava, USA TODAY DALLAS — Parked just outside the youth center of the Cathedral of Hope, the nation's largest gay church, is a white RV emblazoned with the legend "Jesus is Lord of all." For gay and lesbian Catholics, that simple statement is at the heart of the sexual abuse crisis in the church. Many are convinced that a witch hunt is underway — that gays are being blamed for the continuing avalanche of pedophilia complaints against Catholic priests. Poor darlings.
On the other hand, there has never been a program on PBS or any other major network that has told the truth about AIDS -- that it is a worldwide plague brought to us first by African homosexual activity, then by homosexual activity everywhere, then by homosexuals sharing drug needles with heterosexuals. (A recent PBS nature program showed apes practising all sexual modes. PBS thinks we evolved from apes, thus should approach sex like apes. Then, PBS does a program on genetics which tells us that we did not evolve from apes, but rather that both species came from a common ancestor. Perhaps we should stick with the old fashioned kind of sex until we find out for sure what the sexual proclivities of that original beast might have been.) Have you ever seen the statistics about which segment of the population has been most successful at spreadng this disease? Do you know the actual numbers? Have you ever seen any member of the American media tell a homosexual with AIDS that it is in large part a plague on the terminally stupid and careless? Have you seen the major PBS documentary that explored the likely beginnings of that tidal wave of death? The one that indicated AIDS could have come from human-animal sexual contact in Africa? The leading expert on having sex with animals in America is the publisher of Hustler magazine. He should have hosted the PBS program on the subject. But, of course, there was no PBS program on the subject. Let's see. Villains in fiction and drama. They're all white male heterosexual conservatives, aren't they? The worst ones are Christians. And, hate crime laws. We need to receive a list of homosexuals who have received harsher sentences for their crimes against heterosexuals because during the commission of the act they said criticial things about the sexual preference of their victims. That kind of hate speech isn't prosecuted? Amazing. Equal justice before the law is an American tenet, we had heard. Perhaps we heard wrong, or perhaps the Constitution doesn't mean what it used to mean. The press says it's a "flexible" document. Well, what's the solution to this Catholic sex abuse problem? What must be done so that homosexuals don't feel "blamed" for homosexuals abusing boys? I have it! The coverage of the scandal must be more balanced. It must include the number of female Catholic priests who have molested young male parishoners. No, that's wrong. That would be politically incorrect. One doesn't criticize women, unless of course they're conservative or claim Bill Clinton raped them. Besides, there aren't all that many female Catholic priests. Well, then, the coverage must present the problem as being sexual molestation of female parishoners by heterosexual priests. You say it's hard to find examples of that? Almost every example has been homosexual predation of young boys? Damn. That one had possibilities. Well, that leaves just one option. Press coverage on this subject that is true must be considered hate speech. Reporters who accurately describe the situation must be jailed. When you think about it, this would not be dumping the 1st Amendment. Not all of it, anyway. Besides, feelings must take precedence. All truth is relative. The idea that there is some sort of fixed truth is ridiculous. Social needs can be better served by a press which reports what they should report, not what happened. Every Stalinist knows that.
Postscript: Those who saw the PBS program about the murder of David, a homosexual in the Oklahoma territories, should do a news search on a young boy named Jesse Dirkhising. Poor Jesse will never have his PBS program. Obviously, when homosexuals tie-up, rape then leave to die of suffocation a thirteen year old boy, that it is either just retribution for past offense, or an aberration, and not worth a Frontline. It is best forgotten. Certainly, to do a Frontline on this act would be out of place. It would have a negative effect on the image of homosexuals in America. This type of bias is why PBS has not covered the organized external extremist homosexual recruitment/re-education movement in public schools, operated under the banner of multiculturalism. This type of bias is why PBS has never reported on the depth of activist homosexual penetration into the teaching ranks of our public school system. Here is a quote from a Canadian Teacher's Chatboard which is heavily visited by American educators: Posted by Michael on 6/08/02 Yesterday at lunch our first ever GAY PRIDE WEEK committee met and it was composed of gay and straight staff, as well as the principal (about 9 of us). After much discussion and being told "We must be careful not to be seen as indoctrinating students" (to which I said "We're never afraid of being seen as indoctrinating students against racism.") it was decided that we will have several announcements about famous gays and lesbians (play some Elton John and Melissa Etheridge music over the PA, too), the primary classes will read some of our new Gay Positive picture books and discuss different types of families and families with gay parents and the junior classes will attend an assembly with a panel discussion of gay adults who are PROUD of something they do or have done (e.g. career, education, sports etc). The primary classes will all draw and write about families and we will hang my rainbow flag in the foyer and surround it with the work of the primary children. While we know we might hear some opposition from some parents, we can't let that stop us. It hasn't ever stopped us from teaching anti-racist education. It's exciting and ABOUT TIME! Michael in Toronto, Ontario, Canada It is much the same in America's schools. Education today has far less to do with children learning the basic tools they need to make their way in the world than once it did. Education today is much more about the creation of a politically correct mindset. The process is known as indoctrinaton. Children are taught what to think, not how to think. (LL) Related reference:
