Political Correctness: Blacks Trash Blacks

What follows is what passes for the modern Democrat Party. It is the sort of news that is unlikely to make it to the front page of the Portland, Oregonian, or as the lead item on the local television "news."  
 

'Party trumps race' for Steele foes

Black Democratic leaders in Maryland say that racially tinged attacks against Lt. Gov. Michael S. Steele in his bid for the U.S. Senate are fair because he is a conservative Republican. 
    Such attacks against the first black man to win a statewide election in Maryland include pelting him with Oreo cookies during a campaign appearance, calling him an "Uncle Tom" and depicting
him as a black-faced minstrel on a liberal Web log. 
 
    "There is a difference between pointing out the obvious and calling someone names," said a campaign spokesman for Kweisi Mfume, a Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate and former
president of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. 
    State Sen. Lisa A. Gladden, a black Baltimore Democrat, said she does not expect her party to pull any punches, including racial jabs at Mr. Steele, in the race to replace retiring Democratic
U.S. Sen. Paul S. Sarbanes. 
    "Party trumps race, especially on the national level," she said. "If you are bold enough to run, you have to take whatever the voters are going to give you. It's democracy, perhaps at its worse,
but it is democracy."  (source)

Amazing reading, isn't it?  How about this?

    Delegate Salima Siler Marriott, a black Baltimore Democrat, said Mr. Steele invites comparisons to a slave who loves his cruel master or a cookie that is black on the outside and white inside because his conservative political philosophy is, in her view, anti-black. 
    "Because he is a conservative, he is different than most public blacks, and he is different than most people in our community," she said. "His politics are not in the best interest of the masses of black people." 

His politics are not in the best interest of the masses of black people?  So, the masses of black people are better off not being self-reliant?  The masses of black people who have a job are better off paying high taxes?  And what about the masses of black people who reject education because it's "white?"  (Actually, it's Asian)  Will the Democrats ever tell those masses that the Lord helps those who help themselves -- except for the ones who help themselves to other people's property?

As we have pointed out for years, the movement called "conservatism" is made up of people who have the radical belief that the welfare state is just a giant slave plantation.  As we have pointed out for years, the modern Democrat Party is a collection of people who think they are Robin Hood, but who are actually Karl Marx.  They use money taken from the working classes to buy "masses of black people."  The purpose?  To keep them on that plantation.

The modern liberal Democrat  wants to control what people eat, what people do, where people go, what people know and what people say.  To achieve that, the modern liberal Democrat must control what key voter groups, in this case black people, think.  As long as black people think they are victims, they will vote as a bloc for modern liberal Democrats.  It's all about power.   The more black folks there are who discover that they can stand on their own two feet, make their own way and be beholden to no man, the less power the modern liberal Democrat has.

Thus, the modern liberal Democrat spends his time convincing American blacks that -- unlike Asian immigrants who get here flat broke and who can't even read the road signs, yet still quickly become successes -- they (American blacks), haven't got a ghost of a chance unless they (modern liberal Democrats) are in power.

How, after reading the Washington Times text above, can you still fail to understand?  Is it that you think black people are too damned stupid to be allowed more than one opinion about things?

If that's it, you should change your name to Massa, because you're a born modern liberal Democrat.
