100 Fish a Day Possible !!

(Note: the following text is not an article.  It's from a promotional email, which is a kind of advertisement.  But, Mac used to do a fishing column for this magazine, as well as some newspapers, and what he says below might just happen.  LL/OrMag)

Can you catch 100 fish a day? Our rivers in northeast Oregon are finally
down to summer levels and fishing is excellent. As the fish become
concentrated and the summer hatches progress the fishing opportunities
improve proportionately and give anglers a realistic opportunity to catch 100 fish a day.

The majority of the action during the middle of the day will be on dry flies,
with early- and late-day fishing often switching to subsurface patterns.  Give
me a call and come join the fun.

Also, check out the fall steelhead trips in late October and early November
or the steelheaf fly fishing school in September. These are great
opportunities to improve your steelhead fishing skills as well as your trout
fishing skills.  The five-day trips allow you to fish remote sections of the
Grande Ronde and find unmolested steelhead while getting personal
coaching from your attentive guide, and then share fishing stories around a
fire each night. The fly fishing school is highly personalized and will give you
a bag of techniques that would take years to acquire by fishing on your own.
