The Devil's in the Details:
Milosevic's Defense Enrages Village
Thu Feb 14, 6:42 PM ET   By GARENTINA KRAJA, Associated Press Writer

RACAK, Yugoslavia - Bilall Bilalli stabbed his finger toward the television and cried out, "It's a lie. I  can't listen to this."

He, his family and some friends were sitting at home in this ethnic Albanian village watching former  Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic testify at the war crimes tribunal at the other end of Europe.

Milosevic cited a German TV documentary and suggested it proved Serbs were not responsible for the  massacre of 25 Kosovo Albanians here in 1999.

"I was there when police came house by house picking up people. They sent them up the hill and shot  them," Bilalli said.   Witnesses back Bilalli up, saying Serb forces shot and mutilated their victims and ended the six-hour orgy of violence with a nationalist song.

But Milosevic used the ARD documentary titled, "It All Started With a Lie," as part of his defense  contention that the trial is politically motivated and based on false evidence.

In the German documentary, filmmakers interviewed German Gen. Heinz Loquai, who advised the  Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe — then in Kosovo as part of  a peace mission, and pathologist Helen Ranta, who did the autopsies on the bodies.

Loquai and Ranta said the slayings at Racak might have been the work of other armed elements in  Kosovo, beyond Serb forces. They also suggested that the German Defense Ministry had manipulated  the event to suit a Western propaganda campaign.

OMED: The above text is part of an Associated Press story about reaction to the Milosevic testimony in his war crimes trial, today.  The mainstream media is saying that this expert in political manipulation could get away with murder if former associates of his don't come forth with the evidence of his butchery.  This report is as one-sided, as biased, as modern mainstream journalism can make it.  It's a professional job of blatent misinformaton.

Here is what Milosevic said, today.   It's not a direct quote, but is perfectly in tune with his point.  "The Americans will go halfway around the world to fight (Islamic) terrorism, but I cannot fight it in my own home."

Here's how this all sets up.

Albania is an Islamic country right next to Christian Serbia.  The earliest records I have located indicate that Albanian Moslems took Kosovo from the Christian Serbs about 600 years ago. They have been fighting over it ever since. During WWII, the Albanians tried to keep their heads down like Vichy did in France.  The Serbs, however, did not keep their heads down.  They stopped the Germans flat and saved dozens of American pilots when they were downed in the area.

We paid the Serbs back for their heroic help by giving their country, Serbia, to the Soviet Union at the end of the war.  With the defeat of the Soviet Union by Ronald Reagan, the ancient Balkan conflicts were set free.  Moving quickly forward in time, when Clinton intervened in the long-disputed region called Kosovo, two factors obtained.  Bob Schieffer didn't notice we were at war, and the rest of the bigtime media joined Bubba in blaming  the Serbs for the problem.

Were they right in doing so?  Nope.  One of the reasons the Serbs were raising hell there was quite obvious.   Due to the terms of a truce in the disputed region (the U.N. had a hand in that),  the Moslems ended up in charge of things.  Once they had the government, the Albanian Moslems of Kosovo immediately began to live in peace with the Serbs, now a minority, by outlawing Serbian language signs. Road signs, shop signs.  Serbian language newspapers began to receive uncomfortable attention from Moslem government officials.  Serbian-Albanian property disputes began to be adjudicated by Albanian jurists.  Then, came the final insult.  They removed the Serbian language from public schools.

What the Moslems did, in other words, is known as ethnic cleansing.  We heard that term many times from our reporters, but never attached to the Kosovo Moslems from Albania.  Only Milosovec and the Serbs were accused of doing it.  They, of course, are Christians.  Unless you are blind and deaf, you know what the liberals and their lapdog media friends think of Christians.

We heard of mass graves of Albanians killed by the Serbs.  We did not hear of the mass graves of Serbs that were killed by the Albanians.  We heard of Albanians driven from their homes by the Serbs.  We did not hear about the Serbs driven from their homes by the Albanians.  You did not know about the Catholic nuns raped and murdered by Albanian "freedom fighters?"  I'm not surprised.  This is because we were on the side of the Albanian "freedom fighters."

So, now we will discuss them.  Who were the Albanian "freedom fighters?"

Associates of Osama bin Ladin.

You didn't know that?  Peter Jennings didn't mention that?  How odd.  Perhaps he didn't know it.  I discovered it within 20 minutes of the first bomb Clinton dropped in the area.  I did a search of government and major media sites on the internet and came up with the following information.

The Albanian "freedom fighters" were called the "KLA."  This is an acronym for the Kosovo Liberation Army.  Their job was to liberate Kosovo from the Christians. (Do what Al Queda did to Afghanistan.)  At the time we began to bomb the Serbs, the KLA was on the U.S. government's list of terrorist organizations. That's right.  Clinton bombed Christians who helped us in WWII, on behalf of Islamic terrorists. The KLA was then, and is now, one of the largest suppliers of illegal drugs in Europe.  They are Moslems who trained in the camps of Osama bin Ladin.

A bit chilling after September 11, isn't it?

Did Milosovec commit atrocities?  I wouldn't be surprised to find that he did.  Is the other side in that conflict as innocent as the moonlit sands of the desert?  Not quite.

Thus, the trial of Milsovec is a sham because his is the only side being tried.

Blame European intellectuals if you like. They have an unbroken record of being wrong that stretches back to Stonehenge. But, make sure you share some of the blame with American academics and the American mainstream press.   Once more we see that neither is capable of analyzing what happened to their own shopping bag after a train runs over it.  In the end, if you voted for Bubba, blame yourself.  You made him the commander in chief of our nation.

JFK brings the world to within a minute of a nuclear holocaust and the press screams in fright over the candidacy of Barry Goldwater, who they said was so crazy he would start a nuclear war..  LBJ creates the nightmare in Vietnam, and to the press it is Nixon's Dirty Little War.  Ronald Reagan wins the Cold War without firing a shot and the media calls him a  military-loving danger to world peace.  And, then comes Kosovo. Milosevic gets crapped on by the Europe his people fought to save.  When he has had enough of a drug-funded Moslem terrorist mliitia that is ethnically-cleansing what he and his fellow Serbs consider the Jerusalem of their nation,  he goes after them with a vicious intensity.

There are a potful of Albanian Moslems who should be on trial, as well.  If they are protected, Milosevic will win whether he is convicted and punished or not.  Mark these words.  If the Moslem KLA goes untried and unpunished, the ethnic cleansing of Serbian culture from Kosovo will continue, and you will see the Balkans again disintegrate into a war zone..
